Join the Pathfinders at this year's World Congress on Justice With Children 2025, where we will be speaking at, partnering on, and hosting a number of discussions and events advancing the conversation and action on justice for children, and themes relating to climate justice, the 2030 Agenda, and armed conflict.
During the networking cocktail from 6:30–8:00 p.m., we will have the soft launch of the Ibero-American Alliance on Access to Justice (IBA) latest report: "Child-Centered Approach to Justice: Ibero-American Insights for a Regional Agenda 2025".
During the High-level Regional Plenary: Ibero-America from 9:00-10:00 a.m. (CET), COMJIB General Secretary Enrique Gil Botero, as a member of the IBA, will highlight the importance of regional alliances and mention the publication of the IBA's latest report "Child-Centered Approach to Justice: Ibero-American Insights for a Regional Agenda 2025", as well as the progress on the drafting of the Regional Convention on Access to Justice.
During the Regional Plenary: Africa, Themba Mahleka (Senior Program Officer, Justice for All) will be moderating the discussion from 2:00–3:30 p.m. (CET). The theme is "The Future of Justice with Children in the 2025–2030 Agenda: Africa."
During the workshop, Laura Ospina (Senior Program Officer Justice for All) will be moderating a roundtable expert dialogue with IBA members which will provide insights on progress, commitments and innovations, and a general framework on the state of access to justice for children and adolescents in Ibero-America. The session will include the official launch of the IBA's "Child-Centered Approach to Justice: Ibero-American Insights for a Regional Agenda 2025" report.
María Fernanda Rodríguez, Senior Fellow at the NYU Center on International Cooperation, will be speaking at a panel at 12:00–1:00 p.m (CET), "Sixth International Plenary Session, CRC General Comment 27 on children’s rights to access to justice and effective remedies."

The Working Paper also features nine key recommendations to improve data collection on violence against children in detention facilities.
