This event will bring together government representatives, donors, justice practitioners, and development partners to explore how financing mechanisms can support people-centered justice systems and help close the justice gap. In doing so, it will make the case for prioritizing justice in the financing for development agenda.
The session will include:
- A panel discussion on challenges and opportunities in financing justice.
- Insights from funders and implementers working on the front lines.
- Practical strategies for strengthening justice systems through targeted investment.
- Key messages for the Fourth International Conference on Financing for Development, to reflect SDG16+ priorities.
This event will be followed by an informal networking reception, and light bites and refreshments will be served.
